NACYAC 2014 -Auckland
The 3rd New Apostolic Church Young Adults Conference (NACYAC) took place in Auckland, New Zealand on the weekend of the 4th, 5th and 6th of July 2014. To this event our District Apostle A. Andersen (Australia) was accompanied by District Apostle Helper F. Dzur (Canada), the Apostles T. Williams and D. Lodewick as well as Bishop J. Green.
The theme of the Young Adults Conference was “Light Your World”. Some 65 Young Adults assembled in Auckland for the three day event, which included an opening seminar on the Friday in New Lynn congregation, with additional seminars on the Saturday at Massey University.
Acts 7: 59 and 60 “And they stoned Stephen as he was calling on God and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. Then he knelt down and cried out with a loud voice, Lord, do not charge them with this sin. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.”  With these words District Apostle Andersen commenced the divine service for the departed, on Sunday morning, July 6.
The enthusiasm of the young adults was overwhelming. Throughout the entire weekend, the District Apostle Andersen and District Apostle Helper Dzur spent most of their time mingling with the young adults. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime-opportunity and all the participants left strengthened in faith and joy!  We are looking forward with great anticipation to the NACYAC 2015 in Melbourne, Australia.
